Privacy policy
Organica (“we”) is an online radio station. This policy explains which data we process when you use this website or our stream, why, and what your rights are. Questions? Email support@nexradio.cloud.
What we process and why
- Listening and visiting the website. When you request the pages or the stream, our server receives technical data such as your IP address, the time, the requested page and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and the stream, to prevent abuse and to detect faults. This data is kept in technical log files.
- Shout-out or favourite track. If you use the request form, we process your name, place of residence, the chosen track, your message and, optionally, the name of the person the shout-out is for and your email address. We use this to schedule and broadcast your request. Your name, place of residence and message may be mentioned on air. An email address you provide is used only to confirm your request.
- Contact form. If you send us a message, we use your name, email address and message to reply to you.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website does not place advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics trackers. Your browser does keep a few small pieces of data on your own device, for example your volume setting and a copy of the most recently loaded playlist so the page loads faster. This data never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
External services
- Album covers are loaded from the servers of music services. They receive your IP address and browser details when you do.
- A link to an external website opens that service, with its own privacy policy.
- Our websites, the stream and the storage run on servers in Europe.
Retention and sharing
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. We may keep requests and messages longer where our broadcasts or administration require it. We do not sell your data. We share it only with parties who help us provide the service (such as hosting) and when the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, for correction or deletion, for restriction of processing and for your data to be transferred. You can also object. Email us at support@nexradio.cloud; we respond within one month. If we cannot work it out together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We may change this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
