These terms apply to the use of the Organica website at ibizaorganica.com, our apps and our live stream. By using the site or the stream you agree to these terms. Questions? Email support@nexradio.cloud.
1. Use of the service
The stream and the website are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not record the stream, resell it, make it public in a service of your own or otherwise use it commercially without our written permission.
2. Availability
We do our best to keep the station and the website available without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. Faults, maintenance and changes to the programming may occur. The playlist, schedule and “coming up” list shown are a representation of the planning and may differ from what is actually broadcast.
3. Shout-outs and requests
- You may only send messages you are yourself responsible for. Messages may not be unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, misleading or infringe the rights of others.
- A request or shout-out is no guarantee of broadcast. We decide whether, when and in what form something is broadcast, and we may shorten, edit or refuse messages.
- Your name, place of residence and message may be mentioned on air. See our privacy policy.
- By submitting a request you give us permission to broadcast your message.
4. Music and other content
The music, images and texts on the station and the website belong to Organica or to the rights holders and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may not copy, distribute or reuse anything without permission, unless the law allows it.
5. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or the stream, or from interruptions, inaccuracies or loss of data, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part and insofar as the law does not allow liability to be excluded.
6. Links to other websites
The website contains links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or use.
7. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when that last happened. Dutch law applies to these terms.
